- Cancellation within 60 days of class is not refundable and 100% of cost is due to McKinney Christian Academy
TAKE FLIGHT TRAINING APPLICATION
If you have registered for the Introductory Take Flight course, copies of your college transcripts, degree, application, and three (3) reference forms must be sent to MCA two weeks before the first day of class. Please understand that to become a Certified Academic Language Therapist you must take the Intro and Advanced Classes, and also accumulate 700 hours of training with a student or students.
Note: Please include your married and maiden name when filling out the application in order to match transcripts.
