Tuition & Fees

Application Fee

A $250 non-refundable application fee must be submitted with each child’s application. Directed Studies testing and fees may be required if applicant demonstrates a need for additional academic classroom support to be successful at MCA.

Admission Fees

New Student Enrollment Fee: Per child and due upon submission of the Continuous Enrollment Contract: $1,200.

Re-Enrollment Fee:  $500 per child, if re-enrolled by Jan. 31, 2025; $650 per child, if re-enrolled between Feb.1st - May 31st; $875 if enrolled after May 31, 2025.

2025 - 2026 Payments - All payments must be completed by December 2025
New Students- Monthly payments begin the month after enrollment through December 2025.   

Current Students- Monthly payments February 2025 - December 2025 (if re-enrolled as of January 31, 2025)

Tuition will be automatically deducted from your bank account associated with your FACTS account. The number of installments is determined by the date of re-enrollment or date the contract of enrollment is signed and submitted. Please contact the Business Office for further details.

The tuition amounts above do not include class trips, mission trips, senior fees, dual credit courses, uniforms, school supplies, athletics, activity fees, and other miscellaneous expenses. Tuition increases 3-7% annually.

Tuition Discounts

Families paying tuition and fees in full will receive a Paid-In-Full discount of $150.

* ESS is short for Extended School Supervision. This is our after-school program for parents who are unable to pick their child up immediately after school dismisses.

No Refund Policy

McKinney Christian Academy has financial and contractual arrangements with faculty, staff, vendors, etc., which are made before the beginning of each school year. These obligations and commitments require MCA to MANDATE that all enrolling families commit financially for the entire school year.

In order for MCA to meet its contractual obligations to faculty, staff, and others, we do not offer a refund on any tuition and fees for any reason including, but not limited to, job relocation, change in parents’ decision for student to attend, etc. If for any reason an enrolled student fails to attend or to continue in attendance at MCA for the contracted school year, 100% of the tuition is still due and must be paid in full. Policy is detailed in the Continuous Enrollment Contract for each student.
