We are excited that you have decided to apply for admission to McKinney Christian Academy!  We have consolidated the admission process into three steps, to make navigating through the requirements simple and straightforward:

  1. Please complete the Online Application, along with the supporting documents and the $200 Application Fee (Admissions testing included in Application fee).  The list of supporting documents is included on the “Application Instructions”.
  2. Once the application has been received, the Admissions Office will schedule a time for your child to test. The test is administered on our campus and there is no additional testing fee. A student visit will also be scheduled during the months of October-April for applicants applying for Grades 3 and above.
  3. The final step in the process is an interview with one of our administrators.  If student is applying for PreK – Grade 5, only the parents of the student will need to attend the interview.  If student is applying for Grade 6 and above, both the parents and the student will have a separate interview.
After all three steps have been completed, the Admissions Committee will review the complete Admissions File. You will receive the admissions decision, typically within the week.  If the decision is to “accept,” we will send the enrollment information and supporting documents to you.  You will have one week to complete your Online Continuous Enrollment Contract and submit the Enrollment Fee. Tuition payments will begin the following month.
