Final Date to Submit Assignments for Quarter Grades:
1st Quarter Grading Ends October 13th
2nd Quarter Grading Ends December 13th
3rd Quarter Grading Ends March 1st
(no assignments through March 9th during Missions Week)
4th Quarter Grading Ends May 18th

Grade Viewing Disabled in RenWeb: once exams begin
Fall Semester: Friday, December 14th
Spring Semester: Tuesday, May 21st

Dual Credit Course Exams:  administered in accordance with college semester and grade deadlines; refer to the course syllabus and test calendar for dates.

Make Up Exams: students may not take exams early for a planned absence occurring during exam week; coordinate make up exams through the Academic Guidance Office.

AP® Exams: administered on the national exam test date for each subject; these are prior to MCA exam week. Refer to the course syllabus or the Test Calendar for dates. Students continue to attend class after the AP exam date.

Report Cards
will be sent via e-mail in January (fall) and June (spring).  Please print or save them immediately upon receipt.

Upper School Semester Exams:

Final exams begin at *9:00 and 10:30 
(*Students using extended time accommodations begin at 8:20 and end at 12:30)

Students only attend exam periods during which they have a scheduled exam. The library will be available for students who are on campus when they do not have an exam.

Students are dismissed at *11:50 on exam days.

* Students who have approved extended time accommodations for testing and exams will coordinate their exams through the DS office.  Exams  for these students will begin at 8:20 and conclude at 12:30 each day.  Parents may waive the right for the student to use the extended time on an individual subject by sending a written request to the Directed Studies office at one week prior to exams.
