Jog A Thon Was a Success!
Last Friday our Lower School students came with their running shoes and eager hearts to run the 2010 McKinney Christian Academy Jog-A-Thon. Grade by grade the students ran for 30 minutes to try to complete as many laps as possible. The Pre-K students showed true spirit with their cow ears, tails and little bells on, as they ran their little hearts out. The weather held up well and all grades did an amazing job. We would like to give our sincere “Thank You” to the parent volunteers this year who brought out oranges and waters for the runners. We would also like to acknowledge Mike “Paw Paw” Nevil for being our MC for the event. He did a fantastic job keeping the spirits high of the runners and was such an encouragement. Great job little Mustangs! We are proud of all your hard work to help raise funds for our amazing school.
