FOR GRADES 9, 10 and 11:
College Board’s PSAT, October 19, 2016
MCA offers the opportunity for high school students in 9th – 11th grades to take the College Board’s PSAT test on the Wednesday national test date on our campus.  The PSAT is the precursor to the SAT college entrance exam.  The scores help parents and students evaluate the academic strengths and weaknesses of the students and provides useful tools for improving academic abilities, as well as guidance on potential college and career paths.  Registration is online and must be submitted by the stated deadline in order for testing materials to be ordered.  The student’s score report will be sent directly to the home address about 2 months after testing by College Board.

The PSAT scores from the junior year are the basis for the National Merit Scholarship program.  For more information, visit the College Board website.

Also, please be advised the PSAT Fall 2016 is a revised test.  We recommend you visit the College Board website to review the test information.
